We're a boutique short-term rental design and development studio. We own what we design — which means every recommendation has been tested with our own money, our own renovations, and our own guests.
Our spaces are inspired by Bali Modern design with Boho influences: calm minimalism with warmth, texture, and a sense of travel and individuality.

Jamie is a multi-award-winning director, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Karve Design Co. With nearly two decades in filmmaking and marketing, he launched REMEDY while still at Clemson University, growing it into a multi-million-dollar agency serving top global brands including SharkBite, Metabo HPT, and The Home Depot.
Known for his impeccable attention to detail and ability to bring bold ideas to life, Jamie blends creative vision with sharp business acumen. His passion for building extends beyond brands into real estate and design — alongside his wife, Jennifer, he has built and managed a $10M property portfolio spanning lakefront, mountain, and coastal properties, refining his craftsmanship and eye for transformation along the way.
Jamie has an uncanny ability to enter any space and vividly see what the layout and future space could be.
Jenn earned her PhD in Physics from Clemson University and served as Director of Operations for REMEDY. Years spent in scholarship taught her discipline, perseverance, and a respect for what exists before deciding what goes — a way of seeing that found its way into every home the two began renovating.
One became several. Each stripped back to what mattered. Each rebuilt with intention. Ten years later, renovation became authorship.
Where Jamie sees the vision instantly, Jenn pushes the initial ideas further — challenging the extra time and the extra design mile that turn spaces into memory makers.
Travel deepened that belief. Extended stays in luxury resorts and private homes revealed something simple: true refinement doesn't announce itself. It lives in proportion. In natural light. In materials that feel earthly under your hands. In the seamless meeting of indoors and out. Karve was born from that understanding.

Within the first sixty seconds of walking in, a space should slow you down. If arrival doesn't produce an exhale, the design isn't finished.
A space only works when it works for everyone at once: kids entertained, adults at ease, nobody managing chaos. The home does the hosting.
Furnished means a sofa fits the wall. Designed means light, material, proportion, and flow were decided on purpose. Guests always feel the difference.
