The Jamie + Jenn Team

Jamie Graff is a multi-award-winning director, entrepreneur, and co-founder of KARVE Design Co. With nearly two decades in filmmaking and marketing, he launched REMEDY while still at Clemson University, growing it into a multi-million-dollar agency serving top global brands including SharkBite, Metabo HPT, and The Home Depot. Known for his impeccable attention to detail and ability to bring bold ideas to life, Jamie blends creative vision with sharp business acumen. His passion for building extends beyond brands into real estate and design. Alongside his wife, Jennifer, he has built and managed a $10M property portfolio spanning lakefront, mountain, and coastal properties — refining his craftsmanship and eye for transformation along the way.

Some places change you. Not because they’re loud. Not because they’re grand. But because they’re honest. I didn’t set out to become a designer. My path began in scholarship, years spent researching and learning to look closely. Earning a PhD in Physics taught me discipline, perseverance, and a respect for what exists before you decide what goes. That way of seeing found its way into the homes I began renovating. One became several. Each stripped back to what mattered. Each rebuilt with intention. Ten years later, renovation became authorship, a belief that a home should do more than shelter you. It should make you feel like the best version of yourself. Travel deepened that belief for me. Extended stays in luxury resorts and private homes revealed something simple: true refinement doesn’t announce itself. It lives in proportion. In natural light. In materials that feel earthly under your hands. In the seamless meeting of indoors and out. Karve was born from that understanding. I design with intention because intention restores. Luxury, to me, is never excess, it is clarity.

Jamie was formerly the executive creative director and founder of REMEDY, an award winning creative agency. Jenn garnered her PhD from Clemson University and is the former Director of Operations for REMEDY. Together they have designed, renovated, sold, flipped, rented, leased and short term rented properties and manage their $10mm real estate portfolio.

After taking a step away from the daily operations of REMEDY in 2025 they spent time traveling, dreaming, and pondering. They kept coming back to the idea that they loved seeing the vision-to-be everywhere they visited. They picked up design inspiration from Costa Rica, Kauai, North Georgia, Murrells Inlet, and many more.

Jamie has an uncanny ability to enter any space and vividly see what the layout and future space could be, while Jenn pushes his initial ideas, and challenges him to spend the extra time and go the extra design mile to make spaces that are memory maker

Bali Modern + Boho Styles

Bali modern is a minimalist style that takes traditional Balinese elements like natural materials and spiritual accents and combines them with clean lines and open spaces, while boho style is a more eclectic and layered approach that mixes patterns, textures, and colors to create a free-spirited and cozy atmosphere.

Bali modern emphasizes simplicity, functionality and sleekness.

Boho emphasizes maximalism, individuality, and a sense of warmth and travel.
